Response to MrK's comment.
Camping is a fun get away that is very affordable. Wether camping is a holiday or not is a matter of opinion- I would love to hear what you think. However a brilliant camping "holiday" is Glamping- Posh Camping. A company that does these trips is feather down farms http://www.featherdown.co.uk/index.html
You should deffinately have a look at this.
Or visit Camping in the Forest at: http://www.campingintheforest.co.uk/group-campers-welcomed-at-camping-in-the-forest-sites
Camping is a great trip full of outdoor activities, it is a way to spend lots of time with family and friends!

Italian culture is a culture like no other. Rome, Sicily, Venice, Naples, Cities and towns. How about a visit to the Colosseum in Rome? Or to rabbit beach in Sicily? A boat ride on the Grand Canal of Venice? Mount Vesuvius in Naples? Exquisite dining in The capital Rome. How about a visit to Toscano a Tuscan restaurant or La Pergola a rooftop restaurant.

Fun: 4 out of 5.
Food: 5 out of 5.
Luxury: 4 out of 5.
Overall: 4 out of 5.
Thanks a lot!

Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland. It has many historic landmarks and plenty of attractions to be enjoyed.
Here are some historic landmarks that you can visit:
-Edinburgh Castle
-Arthur's Seat
-HMY Britannia
-National museum of Scotland
-Mary King's Close.
Hotel Recommendation:
The Balmoral Edinburgh
A great time to visit Edinburgh is during the Fringe Festival. At this Festival there are cabaret performances, children's shows, comedy acts, dance and physical theatre shows and workshops, events, exhibitions, music, musicals and opera, spoken word events, theatre events. to visit the website go to: https://edfringe.s3.amazonaws.com/downloads/Fringe_Programme_2012.pdf
Fun: 4 out of 5 there was not non-stop action as this is a city so it is quite smart and historic.
Food: 3 out of 5 I do not care for haggis so this Scottish cuisine was rather challenging for me apart from that there were delicious restaurants and food stands.
Luxury: 4 out of 5 This was a wonderful relaxing holiday and the Balmoral Hotel was wonderful. However it did not have palm trees and cocktails like Tabago.
Overall Score: 4 out of 5 i would thoroughly recommend this  holiday as it is a unique opportunity to discover the history and cuisine of Scotland.

Is this a correct top ten for holiday destinations?

Here are the top 10 holiday destinations in 2011 as picked by Travelbite.co.uk editor Natasha von Geldern:
United Kingdom
South Africa
New Zealand
However I do not particularly agree with the choice of the United Kingdom being at number one.

Tobago is full of beautiful nature and wildlife and white sandy beaches.

In Tobago there are so many activities to be enjoyed, these include:snorkelling and diving, boat rides, golfing, bird watching, hiking and walking and sailing, sea kayak experience, mountain bike tours, water-sports and fishing. There are also many places to visit there are sugar plantations and tropical vegetations. There are two wonderful hotels in particular to check out: Tobago Hilton and Tobago Arnos Vale Hotel. You can also rent out lovely villas with beautiful views. You can enjoy a 100% guaranteed relaxation. this holiday is great for getting a tan. And if tanning isn't your thing there are many great historical sites such as: Fort Milford, Crown PointSpeyside Lookout, Speyside and lots more. There are lots of seafood and cultural restaurants, many bars and snack shacks. where you can  get a refreshing coconut.
Fun: 5 out of 5: non-stop sun and fun.
Food: 4 out of 5: the food was delicious. However the food was very cultural and different to my usual cuisine.
Luxury: 5 out of 5 you were waited on and welcomed so kindly and were able to kick up your feet and enjoy the Caribbean culture.
Overall: 5 out of 5, Tobago offers a kind, beautiful and original experience that is impossible to forget.

Destination: Courchevel 1850 and 1650.Courchevel is a great skiing destination as it allows a challenging yet enjoyable ski for everyone of any ability. While staying at Courchevel you will have no problem finding somewhere to eat as there is an extremely large variety of restaurants, bars, tea rooms, creperies and fondues to pick from! there are many activities to be enjoyed when you are not on the slopes! these activities include snow sports, mountain walks, tobogganing, hand gliding, hot air balloon trips, bowling, fitness activities, cinemas, cookery courses, ice skating and many more for you to enjoy! Les 3 VallĂ©es (where Courchevel is located) is the biggest ski area in the world, complete with 200 mechanical lifts and 330 pistes totalling over 600 km of ski slopes. Fun: 5 out of 5 there was not one moment where I was not having an incredible time!
Adventure: 4 out of 5 this holiday is not about adventure as it is about learning, improving and enjoying the skiing available.
Food: A strong 5 out of 5 as there was loads of delicious and unusual food to try, there were restaurants on the slopes and within the comfort of a warm hotel!
Luxury: 4 out of 5 the holiday was not a kick up your feet kind. However when not on the slopes it was all about luxurious food and hot chocolates!
